Does this rebrand mean the company is under new ownership or leadership?
No, our leadership and team remain unchanged. We are the same trusted company, continuing to offer the same services and products. This rebrand is an investment to support our long-term mission and enhance the value we provide to you.
How will students be informed about the rebrand?
Our student servicing team has been communicating with students for the last 2 weeks informing them about our name change to Lumion. The transition is going smoothly and we have had no complaints from students.
Will our existing agreements or contracts change?
No, all agreements, contracts, and services remain unchanged. There is absolutely no impact in services to you and your students.
Do we need to update anything on our end, like marketing materials or platform links?
No immediate action is required on your part. All Mia Share links will automatically redirect. However, if you mention Mia Share on your website or materials, we kindly ask that you update those to the name Lumion.
What will happen to the Mia Share name—will it still appear anywhere?
Starting February 3rd, you’ll notice our branding and logos transition to Lumion. For a period of time, you’ll see “Lumion, formerly Mia Share” - as we ensure every one of our partners is communicated to.
